Our relocation today was not really that far.  Just a little over 100 km up the 401 to our first KOA campground along the beautiful 1000 Island parkway.  The parkway has a bike path that runs from Gananoque to Brockville.  Here there were no wineries to visit just countryside

to cycle.  We viewed the small islands from the parkway, explored the countryside, cycled Howe Island, using two “cable ferries” along the way.  In all we put on over 400

km by peddling.

Some of the highlights other then the Islands were the Gananoque Brewing Company, the Brockville waterfront, Howe Island and our final dinner at the Ivy Lea Club.
