So, with the US land border still closed to us Canadians we had to make alternative plans for September. Our original plans were to drive down to Yellowstone National Park and the Grand Tetons. So instead, we headed over to Lethbridge to visit with our friend Pat. We always enjoyed our visits to Lethbridge and this one was no different. We went on some bike rides, a couple of wet hikes in Waterton Lakes National Park and we even pickled some beets and carrots. We left Lethbridge one of the days to drive halfway to Calgary on our Harleys. This was to meet up with Vicky and Kit, a friend from Penticton who moved back to Calgary. We had a nice visit over lunch and was great seeing them again.
