We pulled into The Old Homestead campground and were assigned what we think was a great spot.
Our neighbours’s Phil and Nancy Johnson from London were lovely people and it was great chatting with them. They were also Harley owner’s, cyclists and child-free so we had several things in common!
The main reason for going to Bayfield was to visit Erma, a wonderful new friend we met in Cuba.
She came and picked us and we went out for a lovely dinner at The Docks.
She still had not cracked open her bottle of Cuban rum so we went back to her place packed up the cooler and went down to her “private beach” where
we witnessed a gorgeous sunset!
As well as a beautiful moonrise. Thanks for arranging that Erma!
